Returns, Refunds, & Damages

Alice Absolutely creates and sells original artwork, limited-edition prints, made-to-order products, print-on-demand merchandise, and recurring Florida Field Guide Society memberships. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations except where required by law or where an item arrives damaged or defective.

All Sales Are Final

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size, color, quantity, or product

Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

Minor color differences between a screen and the physical product

Normal handmade or production variations

Delays that remain within applicable legal or carrier requirements

Many Alice Absolutely products are handmade, limited, made to order, or placed into production shortly after purchase. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the problem

Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item

Clear photographs of the shipping box, mailer, packaging, and shipping label

These photographs are required because we may need to submit a claim to the shipping carrier, insurer, or fulfillment provider.

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for replacement or other resolution.

Shipping Damage

Orders fulfilled directly by Alice Absolutely are generally shipped with carrier insurance where commercially reasonable.

If an item is damaged in transit, we may work with the carrier or insurer to resolve the claim. Customers agree to cooperate with reasonable requests for photographs, documentation, or other information required by the carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a shipment is lost in transit, Alice Absolutely may assist with or initiate an insurance or carrier claim where applicable.

Packages shown by the carrier as delivered to the address provided at checkout are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement. Claims involving theft, misdelivery, or missing packages may be subject to carrier or insurance investigation.

Incorrect Addresses

Alice Absolutely is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.

Print-on-Demand Products

Some products are produced and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers.

Minor differences in print placement, color, finish, or other ordinary manufacturing characteristics are not considered defects.

If a genuine production defect occurs, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can work with the fulfillment provider on an appropriate resolution.

Handmade Artwork

Original Alice Absolutely artwork is made by hand.

Visible tool marks, carved surfaces, layered paint, texture, edges, and slight irregularities are part of the artistic process and are not defects.

Color and Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately online, but colors and textures may appear differently depending on your screen, device, browser, lighting, or photography.

Exact color matching between a digital image and the physical item cannot be guaranteed.

Florida Field Guide Society

Florida Field Guide Society membership charges are nonrefundable once processed, except where required by law.

Members may cancel before the next billing date to prevent future recurring charges.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

Preorders

Preorder release and shipping dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If a preorder is delayed, we will comply with applicable legal requirements regarding notice, consent to delay, or refunds where required.
