Shipping Policy

Alice Absolutely ships a mix of original artwork, limited-edition prints, print-on-demand products, books, and Florida Field Guide Society shipments. Because these products vary considerably in size, production method, and fulfillment location, shipping methods and delivery times may vary by order.

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through Alice Absolutely and Alice Absolutely Studios, operated by McCallister Ventures, LLC.

United States Shipping

Online orders are currently shipped only within the United States.

International shipping is not currently available through our online store.

Availability to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes may depend on the product, carrier, and fulfillment provider.

If we are unable to ship an order to the address provided, we will contact you.

Processing Times

Alice-Fulfilled Orders

In-stock products fulfilled directly by Alice Absolutely generally ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This may include:

Signature Prints

Books

Certain prints or merchandise

Original artwork that does not require special handling

Other stocked products

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Processing time is the time required to prepare an order for shipment and is separate from carrier transit time.

Print-on-Demand Products

Certain products, including apparel, Field Guide Proofs, greeting cards, and other merchandise, may be produced and shipped by a print-on-demand fulfillment provider such as Printify.

Production times vary by product and provider.

Estimated production and delivery information may be displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Florida Field Guide Society

Florida Field Guide Society shipments are generally mailed during the first week of each month.

Members who join during a month begin with the next scheduled monthly shipment unless otherwise stated.

Shipping for the regular monthly Society shipment is included in the membership price.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed or calculated at checkout where available and may vary based on:

Shipping service selected

Products fulfilled from different locations may have separate shipping calculations.

Oversized or unusually valuable original artwork may require a custom shipping arrangement or quote.

Original Artwork

Original artwork requires additional care in packing and shipping.

Originals shipped by Alice Absolutely are generally professionally packed and shipped through UPS Pack & Ship or another appropriate professional shipping service.

Shipping cost may depend on the artwork’s dimensions, weight, destination, packing requirements, insurance, and delivery service.

Oversized Artwork

Original artwork measuring more than approximately 30 inches in one or more dimensions may require special handling or freight shipping.

In those cases, the shipping amount shown at checkout may not represent the final shipping cost.

If special shipping arrangements are required, they will be discussed before the artwork is shipped.

Insurance and Signature Requirements

Original artwork fulfilled directly by Alice Absolutely is shipped with appropriate carrier insurance whenever reasonably available.

For higher-value artwork or other shipments, we may require a signature or adult signature at delivery.

Signature requirements are intended to protect both the collector and the artwork and may not be waived in all circumstances.

Depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment method, orders may ship through carriers including:

Alice Absolutely reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service that we believe is appropriate for a particular shipment.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided whenever tracking is available.

Please note that creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean that the package is already in the carrier’s possession.

It may take additional time for tracking information to update after a label is created or for the carrier to complete its first scan.

Orders May Arrive Separately

Alice Absolutely uses multiple fulfillment locations.

For example, an apparel item may be produced by a print-on-demand provider while a Signature Print in the same order is packed and shipped directly by Alice Absolutely.

As a result:

Products in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Packages may ship on different days.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Delivery dates may differ.

Separate shipments are normal and do not mean that part of your order has been forgotten.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing an order.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after submission, and Alice Absolutely cannot guarantee that an address can be corrected once an order has entered production or fulfillment.

We are not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because of an address error.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been lost in transit, please contact us at:

For insured Alice-fulfilled shipments, we may initiate or assist with the applicable carrier claim.

Customers agree to provide information or documentation reasonably requested by the carrier or insurer.

Carrier investigations and insurance claims may take time to resolve.

Packages Marked Delivered

If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check:

Around the delivery location

With household members

With neighbors where appropriate

With building management or mailroom staff

With the carrier

A package marked delivered to the address supplied at checkout is not automatically considered lost and does not automatically qualify for replacement or refund.

The carrier may require an investigation or claim before further action can be taken.

Shipping Damage

If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain all packaging and provide clear photographs of:

The item

The damage

The shipping box or mailer

Interior packing materials

The shipping label

We need this information to pursue insurance, carrier, or fulfillment-provider claims.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for certain products and original artwork within approximately 50 miles of Alice Absolutely’s Central Florida location.

Local delivery is offered at our discretion and may depend on:

Product size

Order value

Distance

Scheduling

Availability

If an item is eligible for local delivery, the option may be presented at checkout or arranged directly with the purchaser.

Local delivery is not guaranteed for every order within the delivery area.

Preorders

Products offered for preorder will include estimated production, release, or shipping information on the applicable product page.

Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to production schedules, suppliers, fulfillment providers, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

If a delay requires additional notice, consent, or another remedy under applicable law, we will provide it.

Weather and Other Delays

Shipping and fulfillment may occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Hurricanes and tropical storms

Severe weather

Natural disasters

Carrier disruptions

Postal delays

Production delays

Supply shortages

Power or internet outages

Public emergencies

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when we are aware of them.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Alice Absolutely.
